Getting in touch

The contact form runs in your browser and prepares an email in your email app. It does not send your form entries to a website database. An email is only sent when you send it from your email app. Information you choose to email, including your name, email address and message, is used to respond to and manage your enquiry. Please avoid sending sensitive medical information.

Purchases and bookings

Handbook purchases, payments and session bookings take place on Stan, on a separate website. Please review the privacy information and terms shown there before completing a purchase. This website does not collect card details.

Social links and other websites

Social media, podcast and other external links take you to services with their own privacy practices. Social media feeds are not embedded on this site.
