What the
handbook covers.

Use it as a reference when a new question comes up, or to prepare for an appointment.

  1. Keep track of symptoms

A printable symptom tracker covering 70+ symptoms, to help you record patterns and take your notes to your GP.

  2. Understand the terminology

A menopause jargon buster and HRT information to help you follow discussions about your care and prepare your questions.

  3. Prepare for your GP appointment

Practical guidance on talking to your doctor and asking for HRT if you’ve been refused, so you can explain what you’re experiencing and ask about the support you need.

  4. Navigate menopause at work

Information on workplace rights, employers’ legal obligations and support you can ask for, all brought together in one place.

  5. NICE Guidelines

How perimenopause should be diagnosed, and when HRT should be prescribed.

  6. Common menopause myths

Let’s debunk the BS. Facts versus fiction!

A quick note: I’m a perimenopause mentor, not a medical professional. My guide and sessions offer education, support and signposting, and don’t replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Speak to your GP or a qualified healthcare professional about your health and treatment options.
