Why I talk
about menopause.

I’m Jen Francis, a perimenopause mentor. My own experience of menopause at work is why I started sharing what I was going through.

It started at work.

I worked in digital marketing, but a lack of understanding and support around menopause eventually led me to leave my role.

I started talking online about what I’d experienced and what I was learning. Other women began sharing their experiences too.

That became Jen’s Menopause Tips & Hacks. I still share my own experience, alongside information and resources that women can use in their everyday lives.

What I do now

My handbook brings together information on symptoms, HRT, GP appointments, support at work and more.

I’m a perimenopause mentor, not a medical professional. I can help you make sense of information and prepare for conversations about your health; diagnosis and treatment are for your healthcare professional.

Better support at work,
at home and in healthcare.

I want women to be able to talk about menopause without embarrassment, have their concerns taken seriously and know where to get help. That’s what I want my work to contribute to.
